Hi Merna. I'm not sure on this one in particular, but in the past I've had everything from postcard samples to little bottles of fragrance.

Does anyone know what we do for the postcode section? It doesn't take Canadian postal codes and I can't submit the form without filling one in (or even randomly putting a dummy one). Thanks.

I sent them an email and got this (I retried it and got a sample sent):
    Thanks for contacting Hugo.

I'm so very sorry you were unable to register online. We appreciate your interest in our Fine Fragrance sample. I'd like to apologize, we don’t have samples to send from here. Please visit the individual fragrance website to request your sample, but please know we can’t send samples to P.O. Boxes. It may also be helpful to know most of our Fragrance websites are European based, so sometimes samples aren’t available to U.S. or Canadian residents. If you don’t see your country listed in the sample request form, the sample isn’t available in your country. If the sample is available, you must put your birth date in the European format, DD/MM/YYYY.

If you’re a Canadian resident and you’re having trouble entering your postal code, please make sure you’re entering it leaving a blank space in the middle, i.e., 1A1 A1A. Your postal code must also correspond to the name of your city that’s registered at Canada Post: http://www.canadapost.ca.

Thanks again for your interest in our Fine Fragrances!
